In case of cancellation or changes
Before 14 July, 2024 the deposit will be reimbursed, between 15 July, 2024 and 14 August, 2024, the deposit will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest. For cancellations made after 15 August, 2024 no refund of the hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the guest also in case of no-show or early departure. In case of a refund this will be made after the conference.
